All components of the direct DataMatrix code application solution are mounted on a single base, which enables rapid start-up and commissioning of the equipment, format reconfiguration, and predictable equipment service.
The printed code is verified by a specialized high-speed machine vision module. In case of deviation from the specified parameters, incorrect composition, or an unreadable code, the bottle is automatically rejected further down the conveyor line.
All equipment on the line is connected to the serialization station control cabinet, which houses the machine automation control system as well as the system for working with labeling codes.
The advantages of this equipment are the high quality and reliability of printing, the ability to operate at speeds of up to 65,000 units of product and above, with defect rates of less than 0.01%, and most importantly, low operating costs.
